The following terms of service and conditions, govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through MinecraftGuider.com.

Definitions

Creators are users who offer plugins, templates, content, etc on the MinecraftGuider.com website.

Rules

By creating an account, or purchasing a product from our website, you automatically agree to all of the following categorized terms regardless of the category:

Users

You may not share your license or access with any other users, groups, and/or parties.

You may not leave negative reviews on products in to, manipulate or blackmail for any self benefits.

You may not curse or swear.

We do not support hate towards creators, including, but not limited to threatening DDoS attacks, harassment, or similar activities.

Any release of private or personal information is not permitted under any circumstances. This includes addresses, locations, or IP addresses.

All reviews made on plugins must be about the plugin in question and concern it's current or previous version. Anything else will be removed and marked as potential threat.

When having compatibility issues while using our plugin, we do not take responsibility, nor can fix this for you. 

If a previously mentioned issue gets fixed, all reviews talking about the issue will be removed, as the issue was marked as fixed.

Stealing and re-distributing our work will cause suspension and taking legal activity against you as an individual.

Chargebacks and refunds are not acceptable, as we sell digital non-refundable products. You can read the information about the plugin, ask for support, or let us help you, but refunds will be declined.

As our team is English speaking, please use it while speaking with us. Any other language will be marked as suspicious, threatening our name and authority.

If at any point your account is banned, all of your content will be removed from the site.

We reserve the right at any time for any reason to discontinue business with any user, and suspend their account.

Creators

You may not post products that do not belong to you unless you have written proof of permission. If the licensed product is open to the public, and you are distributing your own update, we will gladly accept it.

URL manipulation tools, or pay-per-click URL shorteners are explicitly forbidden.

Your product names must only contain the name of the product. Do not include other information.

To protect our users, the use of excessive Digital Rights Management is prohibited. It makes it much harder to spot malicious code when the plugin is being reviewed or reported.

Once a product is purchased you will no longer be allowed to delete it. This ensures that the buyers always have access to their purchase.

Plugin auto-updates are strongly forbidden, as users may not wish to update, and may encounter data losses.

User Content and Software

Your ability to submit or transmit any information through the our platform, including but not limited to data, information, images, references, or any other information will be referred to as “User Content”.

Software or modifications will be excluded, and will be referred to as “Software” throughout this Agreement.

Please be aware that we are not required to host, display, transfer, distribute, or redistribute any of your "User Content" or "Software", and we may refuse to accept or transmit any "User Content" or "Software". 

You agree that you are solely responsible for any "User Content" or "Software" submitted and you release us from any liability associated with any "User Content" or "Software submitted". 

We provide industry standard security for our platform, but we cannot guarantee the absolute safety and security of any such "User Content" or "Software". 

Any User Content or Software found to be in violation of this Agreement or determined to be harmful to the platform may be modified, edited, or removed without any further notice.

When submitting any "User Content" or "Software" to our platform you represent, and warrant that you own all rights, and you have paid for, or otherwise, have permission to use any "User Content" or "Software" submitted.

 Furthermore, you represent and warrant that all "User Content" and/or "Software" is legal, and/or safe and the "User Content" or "Software" does not interfere with any third party rights or obligations.

When submitting any "User Content" to us excluding "Software", you grant MinecraftGuider, its partners, affiliates, users, representatives and assigns a non-exclusive, unlimited, fully-paid, royalty-free, irrevocable, world-wide, universal, transferable, assignable license to display, distribute, store, broadcast, transmit, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works, or use and reuse all or part of your "User Content" for the purposes of providing any services associated with our platform. 

Additionally, you grant to MinecraftGuider.com a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the Platform any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by you relating to the operation of our Platform.

When submitting "Software", you grant MinecraftGuider.com, its partners, affiliates, users, representatives and assigns a non-exclusive, unlimited, fully-paid, royalty-free, irrevocable, world-wide, universal, transferable, assignable license to display, distribute, store, broadcast, transmit, use in marketing or use and reuse all or part of your Software for the purposes of providing any services associated with the Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SITE (MINECRAFTGUIDER.COM), ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY PRODUCTS, OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
